Understanding the campaign dashboard

Get to know our dashboard layout and useful campaign card display.

Getting to know your dashboard is important so you can easily navigate your campaigns and get the most from your Mobiz experience.

After logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard. Here, you will be able to see an overview of all your campaigns, both those in drafts and sent/published.

If you don’t have any campaigns yet, you will see the dashboard in its empty state.

To help you explore our dashboard, we'll outline and explain the key features.

Dashboard navigation

The top navigation includes two tabs, Campaigns and Contacts.

Campaigns: This is the dashboard we are currently exploring.

Contacts: Directs you to your contact area where you can create and view lists, as well as upload contacts.

To the right of the dashboard, you will see a blue New campaign button. When you’re ready to get started with a new campaign, this is the button for you!

The navigation to the left of the dashboard allows you to filter your campaign by status (at this stage, we have Draft and Sent); this is particularly useful when you have multiple campaigns on your dashboard.

Campaign cards

Most of the dashboard space houses your campaign cards – one for each campaign. These cards showcase an overview of both your drafted and sent campaigns. Let’s explore these cards further.

  • Campaign information: Each campaign card will show the name of your campaign, the Created date as well as the date when the campaign was Last edited.

  • Creative preview: A render of your campaign design is shown here, if you haven’t selected a template or started your design, this area will appear empty.

  • Step: An easy way to see at which stage of your building process your campaign is.

  • Actions menu: This drop down menu allows you to Duplicate or Delete your campaign.

  • Analytics: Each campaign card highlights your high-level campaign analytics, you can also click View analytics to see more in-depth reports.
